Can you do my make of car?
Key cutting and programming is available for almost all makes — recent jobs include Audi, BMW, Ford, Renault and Skoda. Send your make, model and year and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your vehicle.
I’ve lost my only key — can you help?
Often, yes. Depending on the make and model we may be able to supply, cut and program a replacement without replacing the car’s control modules, and remove the lost key from the car’s memory where it’s supported.
Do you come to me?
Yes — we work on your driveway or at your work across Warrington and the surrounding areas, with the cutting and programming kit in the van.
My key fob buttons have stopped working.
Fobs can often be repaired — new case, buttons or circuit board work — or we can supply and program a new remote. A recent Skoda Superb customer had two new keys supplied and programmed after their old fob’s button failed.
Why does a new key need programming?
Modern keys carry an electronic transponder chip that must be paired with the car’s immobiliser. A correctly cut key won’t start the car until it’s been programmed to it.
